What We Do
Among other things, the IT
Support Center provides these
services:
*   Desktop/Laptop Support
*   Antivirus Software /Norton Corporate Site License (configure for daily updates)
*   Hardware Repair & Support(HP warranty work, diagnostics, testing, rebuilds, etc.)
*Login/Password Assistance
*   Software Support (installation and upgrades)
*Networking Access (wired and wireless)
*   Communication Support(email, voicemail, etc.)
Certifications
The staff at the student support center have a wide range of certifications
including CompTIA A+
and Network+
certifications,
Microsoft
certifications, and HP certifications.
The ACPHS Student Support Center is an HP self-maintainer site. As an HP self-maintainer, we are eligible to provide warranty repair work on all ACPHS HP offered laptops.
