Jenzabar
|
Jenzabar is primarily a student based information system. It provides tools for managing student information and business office data. It is comprised of two components: a web based component and back-end administration component. The web component, called WebCRM, is meant to supplement Blackboard and provide users with additional features and resources that are currently not available in Blackboard . You may also hear it referred to as Jenzabar or JICS. Some of these features and resources include an online registration component, advising tools and functions, various transcript and grade reports, and the ability to update your personal information such as address, phone number and email.
Access
Access to the web portal is available to the entire ACPHS community. Your username and password for the portal is synchronized with your windows username and password.
If you are a Jenzabar client end-user, please make sure the latest version of Jenzabar is installed on your computer. The latest version and other information including how to check the version you have installed can be found on WebCRM under the Jenzabar Resources tab. Once the latest version of Jenzabar has been installed, you may sign on using your ACPHS account. Each user has their own set of module permissions within Jenzabar. Permissions are controlled by the Jenzabar Administrator.

Password
Your Jenzabar username and password is synchronized with your windows username and password. Use the ACPHS password reset assistant to change your password. If you do not know your ACPHS username contact the ITS Help Desk at 518-694-7358 or in person. See our help page for service hours and locations. Please remember members of ACPHS-IT will never ask for your password so please protect that and never give that out.
