Track-It!

Track-It! is an integrated suite of discovery, asset, and help desk tools, that help us in the IT department manage work order request from Faculty, staff and students. Track-It! is designed to help IT departments build better processes, manage organizational knowledge and solve problems quickly. Track-It! Key feature is to keep issues from falling through the cracks and efficiently manage help desk requests, as well as, other processes that require request management.

Access

Track-It! can be accessed via your ACPHS account 7 days a week anytime and anywhere. Track-It! can be accessed
on or off campus at http://trackit/tiweb8/selfservice**.

**Using Track-It! off campus will require "domain\username".

Password

Your Track-It! password is synchronized with your windows password. Use the ACPHS password change or reset tools to change your Track-It! password (reset for students only). If you do not know your ACPHS username contact the ITS Help Desk at 518-694-7358 or in person.
